Ordering & Payment
How to Place an Order
1. Select Your Beers – Choose your favourites in multiples of 12 cans (full boxes only).
2. Proceed to Checkout – Review your cart and click "Checkout."
3. Apply Discounts (if any) – Enter your coupon code and click "Apply Coupon."
4. Enter Shipping & Billing Details – Ensure country selection is correct.
5. Complete Payment – Click "Place Order" and follow secure payment instructions.
Once confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email. For any issues, contact sales@shkoop.hr.
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover
- Secure payments processed via WSPay.
Minimum Order
- 12 cans (1 full box) – Orders must be in multiples of 12.Order Issues
- Faulty/Expired Item?
Check the can’s packaging date. If expired, contact us immediately.
- Damaged Delivery?
Send photos of affected cans to sales@shkoop.hr.
- Wrong Item Received?
Let us know—we’ll resolve it promptly.
- Need to Amend/Cancel?
Contact us within 24 hours (or before order processing).
- Technical Issues?
